Too tired to cook at the end of the day, or just don’t like cooking? Have a professional chef come to your home and prepare a week’s’ worth of meals ready to be enjoyed when you come home after a hard day’s work. All you have to do is book Robert the Dinner Party Chef, select what you would like from the menu below, supply the ingredients and voila!/p>
Booking times can range from four to five hours, and you will need to make arrangements so that someone is home for the time of prep and cooking. The cost is $45 an hour with all ingredients, spices, condiments, and sundry items supplied by you. Cheaper than a plumber and tastes much better!
In-home Dining Made Easy
The menu below is a sample of what is possible and is designed around recipes that will; store, freeze, thaw, cook, or reheat and maintain flavour and texture. You can select three different options from the menu below, or suggest and discuss a recipe you would like that can be frozen, thawed cooked, or reheated. Robert will advise you on the ingredients and time needed to prepare your selections. Your menu is not limited to what is below, you can also select from the Lebanese or World menu.

Menu Suggestions
Lasagne and pasta sauces
Creamy cheesy lasagne with béchamel sauce. Rich pasta meat sauce, just add cooked pasta.
Soups
Rich creamy soups; pumpkin, mushroom, chicken, tomato, and vegetable.
Curry
Lamb or beef madras curry with saffron rice.
Casseroles
Full-flavoured beef, chicken, or vegetable casseroles.
Risotto
Creamy Beef and bacon, mushroom and chicken or asparagus and chicken.
Gourmet pies
Chunky beef port, beef mushroom and onion or pumpkin, walnut and blue cheese pies.
Slow-cooked roasts
Lamb and beef roasts slow-cooked to perfection with gravy and roasted vegetables.
Beef Hot Pot
Slow-cooked beef, mushroom, onions, red wine, herbs, and spices in a rich gravy, just add cooked rice.
Desserts
Apple pies, cheesecakes, pana cotta, parfaits and home-made ice-cream.
